Why I transitioned from Akashic Reading to Healing and Journeying

When I first dabbled with spiritual modalities, doing readings wasn’t my priority. My main intention was to heal myself. After my cat’s passing, I no longer had to save my money for her medical expenses. I decided to pick up Reiki, and then Akashic Records reading from the same teacher. However, those skills were not the first ones utilised in service to the people around me.

The very first time I was called to service was after I’d learnt Animal Communication. I didn’t promote myself to anyone. One day, my sister asked if I could help her friend, whose was dog was very sick. I didn’t expect it, but I became not only a bridge for the dog and his lovely people, I also became a space holder. When I reached there, I had a strong feeling the dog was going to pass soon, but I could not convey that to the already devastated humans. Instead, I shared what the dog felt towards them, as well as his final wishes, how he wanted his family to surround him when he passed on.

The dog passed on that night with his family in a circle around him. Since then, I became some sort of an unofficial channel, a messenger from the divine, brought to random places to hold space and communicate important messages to people who needed them.

It was a sacred responsibility. That’s why I don’t play psychic games with people who just wanted to test me.

In 2024, I began offering Akashic Readings professionally after realising how powerful it was once again. I’d actually left that skill sitting in the dust until a friend asked me for an Akashic Reading. That’s when I saw again, the infinite wisdom and intelligence of the Akashic realm, that made it far superior than any form of tarot or oracle card reading. Because the soul was in control, not the ego of the reader or client.

In an Akashic Records reading, the client may come with a set of questions in a specific order. However, I noticed that the insights may not arrive in the exact order. Sometimes, the answers for Question 2 comes first, then Question 3, and then jumping back to Question 1. At the end, we’ll all see how connected everything is.

Where we only see symptoms and surface level issues, an Akashic Records reading offers profound insights that make us realise the seeds of dysfunction were actually sown way before. And seeing it not only offers us clarity, but also an opportunity to transform our perspectives, and our lives. Completely.

By mid 2025, the Akashic Records sessions began to change. I remember one specific session where I was told by my Spirit Guides to “go with the flow” beforehand. Indeed, that session was nothing I could have expected. The client came with a question, about an anxiety she’d felt from an incident in childhood. At first, I shared a couple of insights that I’d received about her family, but she didn’t resonate with all of them. Then, I brought her into the Akashic realm where she saw a past life version of herself. Then I helped her to understand the connection between her past life and present-life childhood trauma, before guiding her to heal traumas from both lifetimes on a soul level. It was extremely powerful and she finally could understand the insights that I’d shared earlier but wasn’t ready to receive.

Since then, I keep getting instructions to guide my clients to navigate their Akashic Records.

I realised that I was not just giving simple readings anymore. I was taking them on a journey to shift their perception and offer an opportunity to heal. My sessions helped people to feel seen and heard by giving the hidden parts of themselves a voice. And very often, that is the healing that they had unconsciously come for.

Now, my sessions start with a heart opening, healing meditation. The key to entering the Akashic Records is through the heart chakra, for the energy of our soul is love. Then we will explore the questions that my clients have. I might get them to do a bit of creative exercise on a piece of paper to awaken their inner wisdom before guiding them into the Akashic Records. For those who can’t actively see or navigate the Akashic realm, I will first communicate my insights to them. And because I’ve already brought them into an expanded field of consciousness, whatever I share will trigger their own realisations and discoveries quite immediately. There is never quite a situation where people walk away not resonating with the session, because the insights come from them too.

It’s definitely a lot more challenging than a typical reading as I have to hold space for my client’s transformation and awakening. Their ego, their fears and limitations do show up and I have to find ways to get around them. But luckily, the divine and our higher selves are always guiding us. So something meaningful always happens, especially when we set our expectations aside and surrender to what is meant to unfold.
