Spiritual Buddy was born from my very own experiences.
When I was processing deeply traumatic triggers or had astounding spiritual epiphanies, I needed someone to talk to. Someone who would understand and not tell me I was mad, or try to fix me. But someone I could talk to without filter and understand the many layers of the spiritual journey.
An equal, not a figure of authority
The healing journey is ultimately one of reclaiming our personal power. It’s important to be able to navigate it without an “expert” telling us what to do.

Many people come to me to share about their spiritual experiences because they have no one to tell. In my presence, they feel safe to be themselves, all of them, regardless of whether they have been hurt or whether they have done something they are ashamed of.
We are not taking in more stuff.
But making sure you process everything so you can make space for greater peace.
